Mandarins
Mandarins are sweet, orange coloured citrus fruit. They are easy to peel and available in many varieties. Some are even seedless!

Sumo Citrus Mandarins® are large and seedless, with bumpy skin and a top knot that makes them super-easy to peel. They’re also sweet in taste.

Darker in colour, Afourer mandarins have juicy flesh and are full of flavour.

Imperial mandarins are the first of the season. They’re mildly sweet and easy to peel with few seeds.

Delite® mandarins are great tasting and seedless, making them perfect for lunch boxes.

Phoenix® mandarins are seedless with a sweet honey flavour.

Amorette® mandarins are truly seedless, easy to peel and have a nice balance of sweetness and tang.

Choose mandarins that have vibrant, glossy skin and feel heavy for their size. Some varieties have loose skin and a puffy appearance, which make them easier to peel.
Store mandarins in a dark, cool place, out of direct sunlight. They will last for up to one week when stored at room temperature.
Mandarins are the perfect on-the-go snack and a popular addition to kids’ lunch boxes. They’re also great in fruit salads, as a breakfast topping and added to baked goodies such as muffins, slices and more.
