    • What is Pick up?

      • With Pick up, you can order your shopping online and then pick it up in store at a time that suits you. We carefully hand pick your order in store, and it's a totally free service.

    • How do I place a Pick up order?

      • Create an account or log in and add products to your shopping cart (minimum of $30 value). Choose Pick up as your fulfilment method, select a store from the list and a convenient time to pick up your groceries. Follow the checkout process and complete your order.

    • How can I check if my local Woolworths offers Pick up?

      • To check if your store offers Pick up, search for your suburb in the section above and we will display a selection of Pick up stores near you.

    • When will my order be ready?

      • Your order will be ready to pick up from the start of your collection window.

    • Is there a minimum spend for Pick up orders?

      • Yes, a minimum spend of $30 applies.

    • Select ‘Pick up now’ so we can have your shopping ready for collection

    • Allow Woolworths to send notifications and access your location

    • Log in, start shopping and place your order

    • You will receive a notification when your order is ready

    • When you're near your chosen Pick up location, you will receive a notification asking if you're ready to collect your order
