- 1 large potato
- 185grams canned Safcol No Net Tuna in Springwater, drained
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 eggs
- 1teaspoons dried oregano
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2tablespoons sunflower oil
- 70grams red cabbage, shredded
- 70grams Savoy cabbage, shredded
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 1teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup basil leaves
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Description
With tender Safcol No Net Tuna in Springwater and creamy Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, get excited for the deliciously simple crispy fritters. An easy dish that will hit the spot!
Method
Step 1 of 3
Grate potato and squeeze excess liquid. Combine potato, tuna, garlic, egg, oregano and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Shape into 6 fritters.
Step 2 of 3
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-low heat. Cook fritters, in batches, for 6-8 minutes each side or until golden brown
Step 3 of 3
Place cabbages, carrot, mustard and 1/4 cup mayonnaise in a medium bowl and mix well. Scatter basil on fritters and serve with coleslaw, lemon and remaining mayonnaise.
