- 1/4 bunch coriander
- 2 spring onions
- 700grams green banana prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 1/2tablespoons soy sauce
- 2teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 egg white
- 1teaspoons cornflour
- 4 naan
- 1tablespoons white sesame seeds
- 2tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup Woolworths sweet chilli sauce
Description
For a simple yet delicious twist on a classic, get creative and use naan bread to whip up this tasty prawn and sesame toast.

Method
Step 1 of 3
Chop coriander stems, reserving leaves. Finely chop pale green part of onion, then thinly slice dark green part and reserve. Coarsely chop half of the prawns. Process coriander stems, pale green onion and half of the prawns until just combined. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, egg white and cornflour. Pulse until just combined. Stir in chopped prawns. Spread prawn mixture evenly over naan. Scatter with sesame seeds.

Heat 2 tsp oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook naan, in batches, prawn-side down, for 2 minutes or until lightly golden. Turn over and cook for a further 1 minute, or until naan is toasted.
Step 3 of 3
Cut toast into pieces. Scatter with reserved coriander and dark green onion. Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
