  • 2grams Oreo Pascall double stuff cookies
  • 40grams unsalted butter, melted
  • NaNgrams white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • NaNgrams Woolworths cream cheese, chopped, at room temperature

Description

Oreo and Pascall flavours combine in this creamy cheesecake. This no-bake masterpiece is your ticket to impressing guests with a show-stopping dessert that's secretly simple to whip up.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Grease and line a 20cm (base measurement) round cake pan with removable base. Process biscuits until fine crumbs form. Reserve ½ cup crumbs. Add butter to crumbs in processor, and briefly process until combined. Press over base of prepared pan. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until firm.

Step 2 of 3

Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl and microwave on high in 30-second bursts, stirring, until smooth and melted. Cool slightly. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth.

Step 3 of 3

Pour into prepared pan. Scatter reserved crumbs over the top. Cover, refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight until firm. Serve.
