- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup plain flour, sifted
- 1/2 cup Woolworths milk
- 300grams white grapes, some halved, loose and left on stem
- 1/4 punnet thyme
- 1/3 cup Woolworths smooth ricotta
- 1/4 bunch continental parsley, leaves picked
Description
With a beautiful brown crust and paired with smooth ricotta, let the star ingredient of spring elevate your Dutch baby when you add delicious grapes into the mix. An affordable and quick dish, share with your loved ones or enjoy all to yourself.

Cooking tip:To ensure the Dutch baby will puff up, preheat the pan to make it very hot before adding the batter in Step 2.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Place 1/4 cup oil in a 22cm ovenproof frying pan. Place pan in oven to heat for 5 minutes.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, whisk eggs, flour and milk in a bowl until smooth. Combine grapes, thyme and remaining oil in a separate bowl. Carefully remove the hot pan from the oven and pour batter in. Top with grapes and bake for 12-15 minutes or until puffed and golden.
Step 3 of 3
Top with parsley. Serve with ricotta.
