- 200grams Thomas Dux triple cream brie
- 200grams spring onion dip
- 1 mini flour tortilla
- 125grams strawberries
- 1 white marshmallow
- 150grams white grapes
- 100grams sugar snap peas
- 170grams blackberries
- 2 Woolworths mini jam sponge rolls, sliced
- 1 yellow capsicum, sliced
- 80grams Mix-a-Mato mini tomatoes
- 250grams Snackables reindeer carrots
- 1 cup mini speckled Easter eggs
- 90grams Woolworths sea salt crackers
Description
A vibrant mosaic of fresh fruit, crisp veggies, creamy brie, sweet jam sponge and crunchy crackers, this easy Easter grazing board is a feast for the eyes and tastebuds.

Method
Step 1 of 3
To create the rabbit, place brie at centre of a large board or platter. Spoon dip into a small bowl and position above the brie to create a rabbit head.
Step 2 of 3
Using scissors, cut two ear shapes and feet shapes from tortilla, then position feet on brie and ears on dip. Hull 1 strawberry, then cut in half and position on tortilla feet to resemble paws. Position marshmallow on brie to resemble a tail.
Step 3 of 3
Arrange remaining ingredients on the board. Serve.
