  • 225grams white chocolate melts, melted
  • 16 Woolworths mini traditional hot cross buns
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup mini Easter eggs
  • 100grams dark chocolate, melted
  • 2tablespoons sprinkles

Description

Transform your hot cross buns into a showstopping centrepiece and serve up this exquisite Easter croquembouche. It’s an irresistible treat that is sure to impress your guests.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place white chocolate in a piping bag fitted with a 0.5cm plain piping nozzle. Place 6 buns in a circle on their sides on a serving platter. Place 1 bun in the centre of the circle to provide a stable base.

Step 2 of 3

Using white chocolate, pipe to stick 5 buns in a circle on the next layer. Repeat with remaining buns, with 3 buns on the next layer and 1 at the top of the tower.

Step 3 of 3

Pipe white chocolate in gaps and decorate with marshmallows and eggs. Drizzle with dark chocolate and decorate with sprinkles. Serve.
