  • 200grams Tim Tam double coat chocolate biscuits, broken
  • 56grams Woolworths cream cheese, softened
  • 100grams Woolworths dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Woolworths blanched hazelnuts, coarsely chopped

Description

Method

Step 1 of 3

Grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. Process biscuits to form crumbs. Add cream cheese and process until combined. Transfer to a bowl. Chill for 5 minutes or until slightly firm.

Step 2 of 3

Roll 1 tablespoonful quantities into balls. Place on prepared tray. Chill for 15 minutes.

Step 3 of 3

Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Microwave on high in 30 second bursts, stirring, until melted and smooth. Using a fork, drizzle balls with chocolate. Sprinkle with hazelnuts. Chill for 5 minutes or until set. Serve.
