It is a gentle, easy to absorb, great-tasting liquid iron with energy boosting B group vitamins to help restore energy and overall health. Iron is a mineral essential for everyday life. It is used by the body to transport oxygen, maintain healthy blood levels and release energy. Low iron levels can result in tiredness and lack of energy. FAB IRON Liquid Iron assists when dietary iron and vitamin intake is inadequate. FAB IRON Liquid Iron is suitable for women, men, teenage girls and growing children. It is also suitable for vegetarians. FAB IRON is easy to absorb, easy to digest and gentle on the stomach. Ferrous gluconate, especially in a liquid form, is a well-tolerated and gentle on the stomach, minimising unpleasant side effects such as constipation and nausea that can be associated with other forms of iron.
