Our Aussie farmers grow ginger on broad-acre farms in Queensland, where the warm, humid climate and rich soil delivers the ideal conditions for flavoursome, aromatic ginger. Lightly Dried Ginger refreshes in cooking, unlocking warming and woody flavours. Lightly Dried Ginger takes all the preparation hassle out of your cooking, simply sprinkle and season to taste.
Ginger can be used as a base for sweet or savoury dishes and should generally be added at the beginning of your cooking. It is ideal in Asian dishes like curries, stir-fries and also dressings, juices and biscuits.
