    Why is it so good?

    As a naturopath and busy working mum, my passion for eating healthy allergy-friendly food is stronger than ever. There are never enough hours in our busy days to always prepare fresh food to have on the run, so these delicious gluten free bars are a perfect snack solution.

    I created these bars to make life that little bit easier for people with specific food allergies and also for people who simply like to eat healthier options.

    This bar contains the superfoods "cacao" which are delicious little "chocolate seed:, yum!

    These chocolate seeds are packed full of healthy nutrients such as magnesium, iron and antioxidants. Cacao combined with coconut equals a little bit of decadence without the gilt!

    I am proud that my little company brings you delicious healthy food solutions that you can enjoy and trust. It's a complete labour of love. Enjoy!

    It all began in response to my patients' needs. I developed 2 mueslis to support digestive issues and the results were amazing. My patients instantly felt better after incorporating them into their daily meal plan.

    The results gave me confidence to believe in myself, so in late 2005 I launched Food For Health onto the wider market. Years later and after plenty of muesli mixing!!... my passion for Food for Health is greater than ever. I love what I do and I am lucky that I (& my amazing team) can provide people with healthy allergy friendly solutions they truly enjoy and trust.
