    Ingredients

    Psyllium Husk Powder, Aspartame, Citric Acid, Sunset Yellow FCF CI 15985, Maltodextrin, Artificial and Natural Orange Flavour.

    Directions

    Simply add 5.9 grams of Metamucil (approximately 1 12 level teaspoons) to at least 250ml of liquid. Stir briskly and drink promptly. Drink plenty of water.
    Storage Instructions: Store below 30C with lid tightly closed to protect from humidity.
