    Darrell Lea used to love eating snow when he was a kid. He'd scoop up big handfuls and shove it in his mouth. So when he became a chocolatier, he wanted to recreate that same feeling of joy and happiness that came from eating snow. He created Caramel Snows: creamy caramel topped with indulgent fondant and dark chocolate.
