How to Make Smokey Texan BBQ Ribs (Serves 4):
1. Preheat oven to 160°C fan forced.
2. Sprinkle the rub seasoning onto 1 kg of pork ribs, on both sides.
3. Add two cups of warm water to the bottom of a medium sized roasting tray.
4. Place rack in tray, add ribs on top and tightly cover with foil.
5. Bake in oven for 2.5 hours or until meat is falling off bone, checking periodically to maintain the water level.
Serve with your favourite vegetables or salad.
Alternatively, sprinkle the rub on your favourite meat or vegetables and BBQ, grill or pan fry.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
