Our vegetables are picked at their prime, then lightly blanched, before being snap frozen. This locks in taste and natural vitamins & minerals as nature intended.
Chinese Pork Stir Fry. All you need to do is cook pork mince in a hot wok with oil until cooked through, then add finely chopped garlic & ginger, our frozen Chinese Stir Fry vegetables, some chilli garlic sauce and a splash of soy sauce. Serve with rice for a wholesome and satisfying meal.
