    MasterFoods Schnitzel Mix Lemon Pepper contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Serves 4
    The perfect combination of breadcrumbs seasoned with lemon & pepper to make delicious, crunchy coating for all schnitzel types.

    Makes fantastic chicken schnitzel, beef or veal schnitzel or your favourite meat-free alternative - try halloumi or eggplant schnitzel!

    How to prepare:
    1. Take your chicken fillet pieces (or beef, veal or your favourite vegetarian alternative) coat in flour then in a beaten egg wash
    2. Coat in MasterFoods lemon pepper schnitzel mix
    3. Place in a pan with oil pre-heated and cook until golden in colour and cooked through.
    4. Serve with potatoes and vegetables or salad
    5. Finish with a side of MasterFoods Gravy
