MasterFoods Smoked Paprika, Onion & Garlic Schnitzel Mix is the perfect combination of breadcrumbs seasoned with paprika, garlic and herbs to make a delicious, crunchy coating for a twist on the classic schnitzel.
Makes fantastic chicken schnitzel, beef or veal schnitzel or your favourite meat-free alternative - try halloumi or eggplant schnitzel!
How to prepare:
1. Take your chicken fillet pieces (or beef, veal or your favourite vegetarian alternative) coat in flour then in a beaten egg wash
2. Coat in MasterFoods smoked paprika, onion & garlic schnitzel mix
3. Place in a pan with oil pre-heated and cook until golden in colour and cooked through.
4. Serve with potatoes and vegetables or salad
5. Finish with a side of MasterFoods Gravy
