COOKING GUIDE
PAN FRY
Preheat a non stick fry pan to a high heat, adding 5ml of olive oil, if desired.
Place thawed crab in pan and cook for 2 – 4 minutes or until crab changes to an orange colour. Once crab changes colour, stir through the sauce sachet with 120ml of water.
Stir through continuously for a further 8 – 10 minutes until crab is fully cooked or piping hot in centre.
