    Smudges and i cnt wind mre out, it says 2 sharpen but why when its encased in plastic? Do u sharpen the whole plastic pencil? Weird.

    The colour is strong, but the eyeliner is too soft, so tends to smudge, and breaks when you sharpen it. Went through mine in two weeks, so that makes it expensive!
