    The Goods' Original Sauerkraut is a delicious, live ferment of cabbage, carrots and horseradish. Our Kraut is never heated, creating the perfect environment for lactic acid bacteria to thrive. This process of fermentation creates a distinctive, savoury flavour profile. Brimful of beneficial bacteria, our Original Kraut is deliciously earthy and is perfect strewn all over salads, as a side to meat, or added to burgers and sandwiches.
