Ocea Chef Marinated Prawns are wild caught from the icy cold, nutrient rich waters of the South Atlantic Ocean. Commonly known as Argentine Reds, the Ploeticus muelleri is a fleshy, tender and sweet prawn with a buttery texture. A delicate combination of sweet chilli, zesty lime, exotic lemongrass and a generous splash of olive oil enhance nature's perfection.
