    Stir 2 teaspoons of Benefiber powder into at least 1/2 cup of any beverage or soft food (hot or cold). Stir well until dissolved. Not recommended for carbonated beverages.
    Recommended Daily Serving:
    2 teaspoons contain 3 grams of soluble fibre.
    Age: 12 yrs. to adult, Serving: 2 tsp. 2 times daily (Max 8 tsp. a day).
    Age: 4 to 11 years, Serving: 2 tsp. once a day.
