Our famous "layer upon layer" custard Danish is made the traditional way, using real and delicate pastry to create 96 layers; then filled with smooth vanilla custard and topped with toasted sliced almonds.
We've been making our desserts in Lisarow NSW for over 40 years now.
All our recipes combine generous amounts of the very best ingredients - from Australia wherever possible. We use fresh eggs and our fresh cream comes from specially selected Australia dairies We only use Australian flour and the best fruits we can find.
