    Manuka honey is a truly remarkable gift from nature with naturally occurring active properties unique to Manuka. It is sourced from the Leptospermum species of plant which gives Manuka its distinctive dark colour and bold flavour. All Caplan() Manuka Honeys are independently tested to determine their natural levels of activity. NPA (Non Peroxide Activity) and MGO (Methylglyoxal) are two indicators independent experts use to measure the activity of Manuka honey. The higher the NPA number the higher the level of activity.
