Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce is made from our Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce. The salt content is reduced using a special fermentation process which retains the unique flavour and aroma of our regular Soy Sauce, but compared to the regular product, has 43% less salt. Use for basting, marinating. Stir frying, roasting or as a dipping sauce.
