Good quality. Nice organic almond meal and good quality

Gluten Free Staple. This Almond meal was perfect for making some gluten free vegan peanut butter cookies for my work family. It has a really nice mild flavour and is not gritty like some nut meals. It absorbs the liquid nicely and helps keep the flavour in and the biscuits stay moist. It is definitely more expensive than white flour but the price is good compared to other nut meals. If you are looking for an option for something nice to use when cooking for coeliac friends and family then this should be your new pantry staple. I would definitely buy this again.

Pantry staple. A must have in the pantry for cakes and biscuits. I made some biscuits for Christmas and they were perfect in flavour

Good. Really recommend using this if you want to bake without the use of wheat flour. It's also very water absorbent so you don't have to use as much quantity-wise when baking. A good gluten free, low carb option.

Perfect for my cherry tart. I haven’t used this ingredient prior to receiving it from the bunch program. I found a recipe for a flourless cherry tart and it turned out amazing. The price is reasonable for a wheat free product and I would purchase it again.

Great Taste. Used it to make a flourless orange cake. Recipe used 300 gr so now I have 100gr I am not sure what to do with! Good flavour, worked well in cake.

Good if wanting lower carb. I used to use this previously when I wanted to reduce my carb intake. It definitely takes a bit to get used to after having normal flour my whole life, but it's not a bad alternative. I made a keto pizza base by adding some egg, seasonings, cheese and baking powder, meanwhile, my friend made some mini muffins for her daughter. Both of our creations tasted good using this Almond Meal. It is quite expensive compared to normal flour, so I probably won't be buying again. But if I was looking for a healthy, gluten free choice, I'd use this.

Sicilian Almond Meal Cookies. when i got the bunch, thought what could I use it for, then later remembered my fathers mothers recipe for cookies. worked like a dream. Will definitely be buying this product again I can see so many different uses for it.

Will do the job. I'm a bit on the fence with this product, My wife loves it sprinkled on her granola and yogurt i find it a bit grainy sprinkled on my porridge, as far as baking is concerned it does the job although it is a little expensive as is most things in the healthy living isle, again i would say its not the best quality but in baking it is as good as any other brand.

Packet size could be smaller. As someone who doesn't bake often, I found limited uses for this outside of baking aside from sprinkling on my yogurt or other desserts. For that purpose, the packet size is a bit too big and given the price, think they could've made a smaller version available. Otherwise, the taste is good, consistent and it is a healthy option to top things with.
