    Walker's Fruit Mince Pies contain an all-butter shortbread pastry and are filled with sweet vine fruits, tangy peel and spices. Delicious served cold but for a true taste sensation, gently warm through. Joseph Walker founded the company when he opened his village bakery in 1898; now it is his grandchildren and great grandchildren that continue the tradition of fine baking that he started.
