    Glad® Go-Between prevents food from sticking in the freezer. It's great for portion controlling food by placing sheets between single layers of meat, hamburger patties, etc, so you can easily remove and de-frost as much as you like. Glad® Go-Between is also great for lining freezer containers, freezing individual portions of food like muffins, and for flattening meats - just put it between two layers and pound away.
