    Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) as calcium pantothenate 23mg
    Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 10mg
    Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 10 mcg
    Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 500mg
    Biotin (Vitamin H) 150 mcg
    Folic Acid 400 mcg
    Calcium (as calcium carbonate and calcium pantothenate) 100mg
    Magnesium (as magnesium carbonate-heavy and magnesium sulfate dihydrate)  100mg
    Zinc (as zinc citrate trihydrate) 10mg
    Panax Ginseng (Ginseng) extract equiv. to dry root 250mg
