Add blend to 180mL water. Stir and leave to absorb for 15-20 minutes. Add to your favourite recipe.

Step 1: Add Plant Nutrition San Choy Bau to a bowl with 180mL water. Stir and leave to absorb for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the San Choy Bau mix and stir until heated through.
Step 3: Add 1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce and stir through to
combine.
Step 4: Serve in lettuce cups with fresh chopped red chilli.
