    It is also useful for people with vegan & vegetarian diets, or limited meat & dairy intake, where dietary B12 levels may be inadequate and can result in fatigue.
    Contains high strength mecobalamin, a 'body-ready' active form of Vitamin B12.

    Ingredients

    Mecobalamin (Co-methylcobalamin, 'Active Vitamin B12') 1000 micrograms.

    Directions

    Adults: Chew (or dissolve in the mouth) one chewable tablet daily, or as directed by your health professional.

    Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

    Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.
