Faulty or Damaged Items

We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within a reasonable time. Confirmation of your claim can be done by email.

To return any item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return regular postage by Australia Post. Please obtain tracking details and advise of the tracking information as soon as your damaged item is sent back to us.

Change of Mind

Our change of mind or incorrect choice policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
