Alternative Brewing Returns
We understand that drinking great coffee is as important as being happy with the coffee gear you purchase to make it! In order to give you peace of mind when shopping with us we offer a hassle free returns and exchange policy so you can return any purchased item within 14 days from the date of your order. We can provide an Alternative Brewing store credit, refund or exchange for another item, where the returned item is subject to the following conditions:
The item is returned within 14 days from the date of your order.
Presents 'as new' in appearance, is unused and shows no signs of use, wear and tear or damage. We cannot accept a return for items that have been used.
Be packaged in its original undamaged packaging with all product tickets and tags.
The item's original packaging is not marked or used as the outer layer of packaging for transport. Please ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging.
Alternative Brewing is not responsible for any freight charges on returned items unless the item(s) being returned have arrived damaged or faulty in which case we will send a pre-paid return label to send the item back.
Items being returned must include a copy of the receipt/invoice for the order.
We do not accept returns on any machines, electrical parts, special order items, gift cards, apparel, books, posters and DVDs. So please choose wisely.
Items returned with a value >$400 will be eligible for a store credit or exchange only.
All returns must be authorised by Alternative Brewing before sending the item back to us. Please contact one of our friendly Alternative Brewing Team Members for instructions to get the ball rolling and start the return process.
Simple and stylish, the Stagg Tasting Glasses 2pk are great vessels for enjoying your daily brew. Featuring hand blown borosilicate glass, insulated walls, and a unique flared lip, they actually help you taste your coffee with more clarity.
The flared lip is specially designed to encourage your coffee to flow smoothly over your entire palate every sip, encouraging your taste buds to pick up on every nuanced tasting note each sip. For serious coffee lovers, this isn't a gimmick - it's a powerful tool.
The rest of the glasses are made with double walled borosilicate glass that's been hand blown, known by some as the “Arnold Swartzenager” of glass. It's durable, it's crystal clear, and it'll keep your coffee hot and your fingers cool.
