Alternative Brewing Returns
We understand that drinking great coffee is as important as being happy with the coffee gear you purchase to make it! In order to give you peace of mind when shopping with us we offer a hassle free returns and exchange policy so you can return any purchased item within 14 days from the date of your order. We can provide an Alternative Brewing store credit, refund or exchange for another item, where the returned item is subject to the following conditions:
The item is returned within 14 days from the date of your order.
Presents 'as new' in appearance, is unused and shows no signs of use, wear and tear or damage. We cannot accept a return for items that have been used.
Be packaged in its original undamaged packaging with all product tickets and tags.
The item's original packaging is not marked or used as the outer layer of packaging for transport. Please ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging.
Alternative Brewing is not responsible for any freight charges on returned items unless the item(s) being returned have arrived damaged or faulty in which case we will send a pre-paid return label to send the item back.
Items being returned must include a copy of the receipt/invoice for the order.
We do not accept returns on any machines, electrical parts, special order items, gift cards, apparel, books, posters and DVDs. So please choose wisely.
Items returned with a value >$400 will be eligible for a store credit or exchange only.
All returns must be authorised by Alternative Brewing before sending the item back to us. Please contact one of our friendly Alternative Brewing Team Members for instructions to get the ball rolling and start the return process.
Outfit your cafe with Cold Brew coffee with the Toddy Commercial Cold Brew System. Easy to use, producing a versatile and refreshing cold brew, and yielding a massive 9.5L of concentrate, it's the perfect no-frills setup for cafes, restaurants, offices, and beyond.
Cold brew coffee is beloved for its exotic flavour profile and lack of acidity and bitterness - often as much as 66% less than regular hot brewed coffee. The cold brew concentrate can be used to make iced coffee, hot coffee, cold brew lattes, and a variety of creative coffee drinks.
Brewing with the system is fairly straightforward: grind, saturate, brew for 12 hours, and filter. Most cafes set it up at night and finish in the morning.
Basic Toddy Commercial Brew System Instructions:
- Grind 2.3kg of beans at a coarse setting and pour them into the filter.
- Insert the Toddy Lift (legs down) and then the filter on top of that.
- Pour 12L of cold water over the grounds, saturating all of them evenly.
- After 12 hours, lift the spigot to decant the concentrate into different containers.
- Pour, dilute, and enjoy.
The Toddy Lift is a convenient addition to the system. It elevates the filter and allows the concentrate to drain on its own without you having to stand over it for thirty minutes. Nice!
