Step 1: 'Mazing Marinade
Kids can mix the marinade ingredients in with the raw chicken. Refrigerate for at least 15-minutes to soak up the flavours from the honey, soy and oil

Step 2: Chop, chop
Young kids can wash and pull apart the broccoli, while older kids can carefully grate the carrot. Adults chop the capsicum for a fun traffic light selection of veg.
So many vegetables can go into a stir-fry. Open up your fridge or freezer and take your pick! We recommend healthy fresh or frozen veg such as corn, zucchini, snow peas, onion and more.

Ask kids what they smell, feel and see when you are cooking in the wok. Talk about the steam, smells and how to tell when the chicken is cooked.
