    Raised in the exceptionally cool and pristine waters of Tasmania, using only sustainably accredited methods, Superior Gold is a range of salmon products that is truly superior on every level.

    Hand selected superior Australian Atlantic Salmon is traditionally cured to preserve the premium quality, colour and taste. Once cured the salmon is then hot smoked, over sustainably sourced L Beechwood, to bring out the salmon is natural, flavour whilst preserving the succulent texture and adding a smoky undertone. Our experienced Smoke Master has overseen the process to ensure that only the highest quality and premium tasting product is produced.
