3 Simple Steps to the perfect Thai Green Curry:
1. Cut 500g of lean chicken breast (or your favourite lean meat).
2. Stir-fry meat in a non-stick pan until brown, add your preferred vegetables (broccoli, green beans and baby egg plant goes really well).
3. Add entire contents of jar, cover and heat through until ingredients are cooked and sauce is hot. Serve with rice.
Prefer a thicker sauce? Simmer uncovered until the sauce reaches the desired consistency - may thicken further as it cools.
