It's the perfect word to describe the flavour of our Raspberry & Toasted Coconut Mini Treats. Raspberries are always a favourite of ours. We love their vibrant, intensely pink colour and their delicious unique flavour. With this recipe we've creamed them up a little by adding a luscious layer of Weis cream, and a sprinkle of lightly toasted coconut. It's the perfect summer indulgence.
Raspberry Ice confection ingredients: Water, Raspberries(25%), Sugar, Cream, Fructose, Milk Solids, Glucose Syrup (From Maize or Tapioca), Coconut Milk Solids, Vegetable Gums (410, 412), Food Acid (330).
