- 3 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1 Lebanese cucumber
- 1 butter lettuce (4 leaves)
- 1 pinch salt (for seasoning)
- 1 pinch pepper (for seasoning)
- 2tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 4 vegetarian burger
- 4 seeded bread rolls, halved

Method
Step 1 of 4
Cook market vegetarian tomato, onion and basil burgers following the packet instructions. Cover to keep warm.
Step 2 of 4
Place buttermilk, mayonnaise and basil leaves in a food processor and process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3 of 4
Transfer to a jug. Place the bases of seeded bread rolls onto a serving plate. Top with butter lettuce leaves, tomatoes, carrot and vegetable burger.
Step 4 of 4
Run a peeler along the length of Lebanese cucumber to form ribbons. Pile cucumber ribbons onto burgers and spoon over sauce. Add bread roll tops. Serve.
