  • 400grams V2 Plant Based Mince
  • 250milliliter Campbell’s Real Stock Flavour Boost Chilli, Garlic & Onion
  • 1/2tablespoons canola oil
  • 10 tortillas
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 1teaspoons salt (to taste)

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat up a fry pan with canola oil. Once hot, add the v2 plant-based mince. Brown the mince for 5 minutes and break it into small pieces. Then, add the Campbell’s Real Stock Flavour boost and cook the mince for another 5 minutes until the liquid has been absorbed.

Step 2 of 4

In the meantime, heat up the tortillas in a second fry pan for 30 seconds on each side or according to packaging instructions. Wrap the warm tortillas in a tea towel.

Step 3 of 4

Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, and scoop out the flesh into a small bowl. Mash the avocado and season with a pinch of salt and juice from 1 lime wedge.

Step 4 of 4

To serve the tacos, add 2 tablespoons of mince onto the tortillas followed by 1 tablespoon of mashed avocado. Top the taco with a squeeze of lime juice and coriander. Enjoy!
