How to make the stir fry sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce, combine
  • 2teaspoons rice wine vinegar, combine
  • 1teaspoons sesame oil, combine
  • 2tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 200grams mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 Ingham's Turkey Strips
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli tops
  • 2 bunches asparagus, cut in half
  • 200grams sugar snap peas, trimmed
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1tablespoons ginger paste
  • 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted cashew nuts
  • 1 large spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 2teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Description

This turkey stir fry recipe can be on the table in just 20 minutes. Juicy turkey tossed with crunchy veggies in an aromatic Asian-inspired sauce makes this dish the perfect weeknight winner.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Place a wok over high heat. Add the vegetable oil, and mushrooms and turkey strips and cook for 5-minute stirring turning regularly to prevent burning.

Step 2 of 4

Add the rest of the vegetables stirring for 5 mins. Add the garlic, ginger and chili, stirring occasionally, for 2 mins or until all the ingredients are incorporated.

Step 3 of 4

Add the soy sauce vinegar and sesame oil and let it simmer stirring to combine, add the cashews spring onion coriander and sesame seed and gently combine.

Step 4 of 4

Serve immediately
