Description
Cool down with this refreshing, tropical icy pole recipe that you can whip up in just two simple steps.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Place mango, pineapple and juice, and sugar in a blender, then blend until smooth. Reserving 1/4 cup mango mixture in blender, divide remaining mango mixture among 8 x 1/3-cup capacity popsicle moulds until three-quarters full.
Step 2 of 2
Add raspberries and yoghurt to remaining mango mixture and blend until smooth. Divide yoghurt mixture among moulds, then use a popsicle stick to gently stir mixture to create an ombre effect. Insert a popsicle stick into each mould, then freeze overnight. Serve.
