  • 1 cup basil leaves

Method

Step 1 of 2

Place oil, vinegar and garlic in a small screw-top jar. Season with salt and pepper and shake well to combine.

Step 2 of 2

Combine tomato, onion, bocconcini and basil in serving bowls. Drizzle with dressing and top with remaining basil leaves. Stand for 10 minutes to let the flavours infuse before serving.
