- 400grams noodles, cooked as per packet instructions
- 2tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and mashed
- 1 medium white onion, peeled and finely diced
- 100grams broccoli, chopped
- 100grams mixed capsicum, sliced
- 20grams bean sprouts
- 1tablespoons chilli flakes
- 3tablespoons soy sauce

Description
A simple and Asian inspired vegan noodle dish.
Method
Step 1 of 6
Heat up a large non-stick pan to a medium heat and then add the sesame oil.
Step 2 of 6
Fry the tofu for 10 minutes while turning.
Step 3 of 6
Add the onion and garlic to the pan and continue to fry for a further 4 minutes.
Step 4 of 6
Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan and combine fully.
Step 5 of 6
Cook the noodles as per packet instructions and then drain and add to the pan.
Step 6 of 6
Cook everything together for 3 minutes while tossing before serving.
