  • 1tablespoons instant coffee powder
  • 380grams Woolworths all butter croissants
  • 250grams Woolworths mascarpone
  • 1 cup Woolworths thickened cream
  • 2tablespoons icing sugar mixture
  • 60grams dark chocolate, grated

Description

Filled with creamy mascarpone, drizzled with coffee and topped with a dusting of cocoa powder, these tiramisu croissants combine the best of Italian and French desserts.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Grease and line a large oven tray with baking paper. Combine coffee powder and 1 tbs boiling water in a small bowl.

Step 2 of 3

Place croissants on the prepared tray and bake for 6 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven. Cool. Slice in half.

Step 3 of 3

Whisk mascarpone, cream and icing sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Place in a piping bag fitted with a 1cm star nozzle. Pipe cream over croissant bases. Drizzle with coffee. Top with remaining croissant. Sprinkle with chocolate and serve.
