- 1packets corn chips
- 1 cup mozzarella, grated
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup tomato salsa
- 1packets slow cooked BBQ pulled pork
Method
Step 1 of 5
Turn your oven grill to a high heat.
Step 2 of 5
Place corn chips into oven proof ceramic bowl.
Step 3 of 5
Top with pulled pork, tomato salsa and grated mozzarella.
Step 4 of 5
Place under grill until cheese has melted and is golden.
Step 5 of 5
Remove from oven and serve with guacamole and sour cream.
