- 1/2 cup tapioca
- 270milliliter low fat coconut milk
- 1 cup low fat milk (standard milk can be used instead of low fat)
- 1/3 cup palm sugar (or brown sugar)
- 1 pinch pink salt ground (to taste)
- 1 mango, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup passionfruit pulp
- 1 kiwifruit, thinly sliced

Method
Step 1 of 2
Place tapioca, milks and a pinch of salt into a medium saucepan. Bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, for about 15 minutes or until tapioca is translucent. Remove from heat.
Step 2 of 2
Divide between serving bowls and sprinkle with sugar. Serve warm or at room temperature with fruit.
