- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 185grams can, tuna in springwater, drained
- 1teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 136grams onion and herb cream cheese
- 4 wholemeal wraps
- 2 eggs, hard boiled, peeled, mashed

Trim edges of wraps to make them square.
Step 2 of 2
Mix tuna with egg and cream cheese. Lay spinach evenly over wraps. Top with tuna mixture, avocado and carrot. Roll up firmly, like sushi. Cut each roll into pieces and put into a sealable container, or keep rolls whole and wrap in plastic.
