- 400milliliter coconut cream
- 1/4teaspoons ground ginger
- 1/2teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2teaspoons ground turmeric
- 1tablespoons honey
- 1tablespoons gelatine powder
- 2tablespoons cocoa powder (plus extra to serve)
- 2tablespoons extra virgin coconut oil
- 2tablespoons raw cacao powder

Method
Step 1 of 2
Combine coconut cream, 200ml water and gelatine in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Step 2 of 2
Add cacao, cocoa, spices, honey and coconut oil. Blend with a stick blender until thick and foamy. Pour into cups, sprinkle over extra cocoa, and serve immediately.
